The Reliable Controls® MACH-System installed at Metrotown controls the HVAC in twin 30-storey office towers, exhaust systems for a one million square foot parkade, controls four boiler plants and six chiller plants, and dozens of rooftop units serving the mall, walkways, and administration areas. Each tenant retail space is heated and cooled with fan coils. A BACnet® connection is employed to communicate with three McQuay chillers and eight Rooftop Units. The Reliable Controls® MACH-System installed at Metrotown is monitored and controlled from eight onsite operator workstations that run RC-Studio® 2.0. Remote browser access using RC-WebView™ 2.0 provides robust and secure thin-client communications to the Metrotown environment.
