2010 Board of Directors Nominations & Elections

Director Terms

Directors serve two-year terms.  Nominated parties should be a member of BACnet International (or be employed by a corporate company member). The time commitment is a one hour monthly conference call and a few hours per month on Board related discussions and projects.  The Board meets twice annually (the Fall at our conference that is jointly produced with Facility Decisions) and January at the AHR Expo (ASHRAE).

Monday, March 29, 2010 - Nominating Committee Meets and Finalizes Proposed Slate

Wednesday, March 31, 2010 - Nominations/Slate Announced to Membership and Voting Opens (One Vote per Corporate Member)

April 16, 2010 - Voting Closes

April 19, 2010 - New Board Members Announced
